I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Classic Wood.
After I paid a 25% advance for a single storage bed and two side tables, the communication and commitments changed completely. I was promised that the furniture would be dispatched on 28 June 2026, but there was no delivery or proper update.
On 10 July 2026, I finally received a few photographs of the furniture after frequent follow ups. However, despite repeatedly asking for the dimensions to verify that the items matched my order, I received no response. Later that evening, around 5:00 PM, I was abruptly told that I must pay the entire remaining amount upfront before the furniture would even be loaded for dispatch. I was also informed that if I did not make the full payment, neither would the furniture be dispatched nor would my advance be refunded.
This is not the level of professionalism or customer service one expects from a registered business. Changing the agreed payment terms after accepting an advance and refusing to refund the customer's money is unacceptable.
I have all the payment records and communication, and I intend to pursue this matter through the appropriate consumer grievance mechanisms.
I hope Classic Wood addresses this issue promptly and treats its customers more fairly in the future.

⚠️ Warning – Do Not Deal With Classic Wood
Very bad experience. The person talks very nicely at first and convinces you to pay. After the deal is done, he changes the price saying “material price has increased” and asks for more money.
Even after taking 100% payment, he keeps delaying the delivery. He gives fake tracking IDs and shares his friends’ phone numbers to confuse customers instead of giving proper updates.
This behavior creates unnecessary stress and trouble for customers.
